Organizations change in cycles.

There are levels to change, from big ideas like culture, down to the small stuff like people or tools.

Change happens through plans, visionary leaders, or by learning as you go.
Sometimes, change is deliberate. Other times, it just emerges.

Over time, patterns form: revolutions, slow shifts, or steady progress.

It’s not just about what changes, but how, and when.
