AI is hyped up. Chatbots wowed us. But it seems retention is challenging. Do people forget they can ask GPT? Do they do this just as a gimmick? Of is GPT actually useful?
The adoption curve of early innovators to laggards also seems to apply to chatbots. Maybe not the dreamt of interface after all.
